Remember when you were six years old and playing dress-up with your very best friend? You probably took turns being the bride - wearing paper crowns and petticoats, clomping down the aisle in Mom's high heels that were many sizes too big and carrying flowers that were picked from the neighbor's garden. It was in those long, lazy afternoons that the seeds of your dream wedding were being planted.

Now you have found your own true love. Backcountry Day Dreams would like to help you make your little girl's dream wedding into the best day of your life.

Engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinner, the ceremony and reception - the planning for these events can be some of the most exciting times of your life, but also some of the most exhausting. I can help you through the planning and take care of the details during the events so that you can enjoy this special time with your families and friends.

• Destination Weddings: You can make your wedding a "destination wedding" and I can take care of arrangements for lodging, meals and additional activities for your guests. You and your guests can spend a fun-filled weekend here in the backcountry.

Wedding planning services include the following:

• Budget planning
• Site inspections & negotiations
• Assistance with catering - setting up tastings and helping with menu selections for the food and cake
• Wine tasting and selections - we have some great local wineries!
• Entertainment for your wedding events - DJs, bands, string quartets or any other entertainment that you desire!
• Selection of bridal party gifts and table favors
• Floral selection and help with the design concept
• Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination

The "Bride-Aide Package": Be relaxed and fabulous on your special day! You can make all of your arrangements for the wedding of your dreams. I will meet with you two to three weeks prior to the wedding. You can turn over the information to me and I'll bring it home for you! This will allow you to spend that last couple of weeks relaxing and visiting with your family and friends without worrying about the last minute details. You might even get to go out on a date or two with your beloved intended! I would also recommend a relaxing spa day with the girls!
